Most of the times, we could say merely 95% of the times, students prefer Asanas/Exercises rather than doing warm up and want to go straight forward asanas. Here I would like to prefer the word "Losen Up" in my context rather than Warm Up
🏋What will happen when we go for straight forward Asanas 💪
😱 It is sudden shock for body cannot adopt the pressures or inflmations and there could be fair chances of cramps/pains in muscles. In some extremes it could lead ligament/muscles tears as well.
So, the best way and more effective way is to do losen our joints first then do asanas.
